Visual communications is the art form which transfers ideas and information that can be read or looked upon.

I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.F.A. in Communication Arts and Design (fall '06). For the past six years I've been developing my skills in graphic design and illustration in Richmond, VA, Washington D.C. and New York, NY.

I currently live in Richmond, VA, where I've been breaking out my talents for various companies such as Richmond Travelhost Magazine, Lythos Studios and Richmond Bizsense. I'm also the main marketing designer for Kobe Japanese Steaks and Sushi. Freelancing for many business' has helped me gain experience with designing logos, mascots, flyers, ads, menus, posters, websites and graphic t-shirt designs.

Every artist should have their own niche and mine is the combination of my illustration and graphic design skills. This process has taken a few years to master, but the outcome was well worth the time. The black outlines of my work really works well with all platforms of my designs.
